The university’s Gender and Development Resource Centre (GADRC) participated in the 11th Regional Gender and Development (GAD) Convention with the theme: “Transforming the Region through Gender-Responsive Development,”sponsored by the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) on November 15, 2023, at Hotel Marciano in Calamba City, Laguna. The convention promises a day of insights, collaboration, and a shared commitment to fostering positive change.
Afterwards, the Gender and Development Resource Center of the Cavite State University (CvSU) was honored with a plaque for being a four-time recipient of the Most Outstanding GAD Implementer (SUC Category) award. This acknowledgement demonstrates the center’s unwavering commitment to advancing gender equality and promoting inclusive practices.
